In line with researching, developing and processing non-metallic minerals to meet market demands, a non-metallic mineral processing plant was erected at the site of Gol-e Zard Abdi Mine in Borujerd County, Lorestan Province.
The plant engages in upgrading non-metallic minerals while benefiting from modern-day know-how and advanced technology supervised by experts and being equipped with state-of-the-art equipment.
In addition, the plant comprises two mineral granulation lines equipped with high pressure and high gauss magnets.
Given the importance of environmental protection, Zhav has taken measures to prevent and mitigate hazardous environmental impacts arising from its production facilities, among them managing mineral depots and mining wastes, reducing and controlling dust created by granulation units, constructing green areas, and planting trees.
